I am making a policy paper for my subject economic development, we are tasked to identify economic proposals that may affect socio-economic development. The paper aims to assess and develop policy recommendations for the identified topic. Thus, may I request a comprehensive economic impact of the PIFITA-CTRP?  Based on the recent developments during the Public Hearing for the PIFITA. I noticed that there's no concrete basis or study that might support such a proposal, given the economic condition of our country. Your input/expertise would help me to assess and draw recommendation on my paper
