Greetings!

I am writing to request for a copy of the Commercial Contract for the NCWSP – Kaliwa Dam Project, which was reportedly approved by the NEDA Board as of its last update on flagship infrastructure projects on July 31, 2019.

This is because I am currently conducting policy-related research on China-funded flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which I hope to feature in policy papers and briefs in the next few months.
