Hi I would like to request a copy of the Certificate of Circular No. 49 Issued by Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas on December 22, 2014 but also signed by Former DOF Secretary.

The document will serve as a validation of what I have attached here to prove the veracity or truthfulness of the document.
