Good day! I would like to request a dataset of salaries disbursed to all elected local officials in the PH: governors, vice governors, mayors, vice mayors, city/municipal councilors, barangay captain, barangay kagawad for all provinces, cities/municipalities, barangays in the Philippines for the years 2001-2018. The ideal dataset would contain:
- year
- name and position of public official
- region, province /  city /  municipality / barangay being served
- base monthly/annual salary
- salary grade, including step
- bonuses received
