Greetings of peace!

May I ask for the updated schedule of the fair and base unit market value of real properties in the city of makati. As far as I know the last was in 1997. Other cities in metro manila have an updated SFMV and are available online but in makati I just couldn't  find. This is my last resort. Hope you can assist me. Many thanks!

Dear Madam Reyes,

Peace in Christ!

Thank you very much for the immediate response which I never expected to be so soon. This site is indeed commendable. I understand that there are rules and regulations to follow in every office of the government but I would like, if it's not so much to ask,  to know even the South of Makati, Cembo to be exact. My family is in urgent need of money and the only way we can have it is if we sell a part of our lot. We're not rich and we rely on the money we can get if we will sell it at a fair price. My sincerest thanks for your understanding and kindness.
