Hi, I would like to request for a copy of the joint DOF and DOH proposal on imposing new taxes on junk food and sweetened beverages. 

Also, if you would be able to answer the ff questions that would be great:
1) Is instant noodles a possible product that can be taxed? 
2) What is the effective % price change on avg if the tax will be imposed?
