Hello, 

May I kindly request for a list of municipalities that have given/are currently offering local investment incentives, along with the corresponding incentives being provided since the enactment of the Local Government Code of 1991, if any? 

Per Sec. 109 of the LGC, local development councils are tasked to 'formulate local investment incentives to promote the inflow and direction of private investment capital'.
