I am requesting for a soft copy of the 4 books of the 2nd edition of Local Treasury Operations Manual.

I am currently crafting the South Cotabato Treasury Operations Manual  which will serve as customized local operation manual in our department. The LTOM 2nd edition will serve as our guide in crafting such manual.
