I am writing to request for a copy of the Loan Agreement for Project Management Consultancy for PNR South Long-haul Project, which was reportedly signed by the DOF in Beijing last August 2019 (https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1079087).

This is because I am currently conducting policy-related research on China-funded flagship projects for the Build, Build, Build program, which I hope to feature in policy papers and briefs in the next few months.
