Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the availed loans for the procurement of Covid-19 vaccines for the Philippine population. 

Specifically:  the lending institutions that provided the loans, what were the mechanics for the release of the loans,  which vaccines were procured and their corresponding monetary value.
