Good day! 

I am a 5th-year student from National University Manila, taking up my undergraduate thesis on a proposed Alzheimer's Research Center and Assisted Living Facility. I would like to request for possible interview respondents for the following: 

(in any geriatric, adult psychiatric, neurology fields)
1. Specialists
2. Nurses/staffs 
3. Researchers

The mode of interview would be on their preference, either phone call or questionnaire.
