We would like to request for the statistical data regarding MORBIDITY and MORTALITY cases of the following, where available, in Dasmarinas, Cavite, spanning from January 1, 2019 to the most recent data available in 2021:
Diabetes
Hypertension
Dyslipidemia
Angina pectoris
The information needed will be vital for our study that we are currently conducting, as we will be looking for participants with the health conditions stated. We are hoping and thankful for your positive response. Thank you very much.
