December 7, 2022 Dear Warren Alegria, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 06, 2022 05:08:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for What are the ingredients of the covid vaccines?. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we cannot disclose this requested information as this falls on the FOI Exemptions under MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 89 UPDATING THE INVENTORY OF EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO ACCESS OF INFORMATION UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER (EO) NO. 02, SERIES OF 2016 specifically Number 5 (a), to wit : "5. Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory or quasi-judicial powers, such as but not limited to the following: a.
