While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we cannot disclose this requested information as this falls on the FOI Exemptions under MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 89
UPDATING THE INVENTORY OF EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO ACCESS OF
INFORMATION UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER (EO) NO. 02, SERIES OF 2016 specifically Number 5 (a), to wit : 

"5. Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to
government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the
performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by
them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory or quasi-judicial powers,
such as but not limited to the following:
a. Trade secrets, intellectual property, business, commercial, financial and
other proprietary information;"
