I would like to submit a complaint to Las Piñas Doctors Hospital, whose detaining me since we can't afford to pay the outstanding balance on the hospital bill at the moment.We already submitted the guarantee letters from PCSO and DSWD which helped lessen the bill.The hospital didn't allow us to have a promissory note and kept on telling us to pay the balance on cash.We don't have enough resource to settle it that's why we are requesting to have promissory note since I have a job enough to pay the balance on my hospital bill.The balance will keep on increasing if the hospital will detain me.

Kindly send an email relative to this hospital complaint to the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) at hfsrb@doh.gov.ph addressed to 

ANNETTE B. TAN, CE, RN, MPH, PSMFPM, CESO IV

Indicate the following details:

1. Name of patient and diagnosis
2. Name of the facility where the patient is admitted
3. Indicate the assistance they need

Please also send the details of the patient (medical abstract and other documents)
