I’m working on my architectural thesis for the blind and visually impaired person. So, I would like to request detailed regional information on cases of visual impairment in the Philippines (every region in the Philippines since 2015-2023). Also, it would be beneficial if you could provide the types of visual impairment and the specific city/province with the most visually impaired people in the country.
You can be sure that any information given will be only used for educational purposes. I am hoping for your quick response. Thank you very much.
