While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the floor plans of Capas Medical Center as this is not a DOH Hospital and a private hospital. We ask that you coordinate directly with Capas Medical Center for this request
