While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the Department of Health does not collect data on your request for the number of reported disease within the vicinity of energy projects. We can only refer you to our Disease surveillance data posted at the DOH website: https://www.doh.gov.ph/statistics and the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) annual reports at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
