Good Afternoon, I would like to request access of data and information regarding the Annual Hospital Statistics of Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City, Negros Occidental Region VII Western Visayas. The needed data is from 2010 to 2019 to know the increase of patients and bed capacity of the said hospital in a span of 10 years. This is data would be a big help to support my proposed thesis entitled "A Proposed Silay City Hospital." Thank you and God bless!

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

Please be advised that the DOH Regional Office 6 (CHD Western Visayas) doesn't have a 10-year data archived on hospital statistical reports of Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital. The said document has only a retention period of three (3) years.

We ask you to directly coordinate with Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital  on this data request
