I have an upcoming international flight scheduled by the end week of Septmber 2023, and it is imperative that I receive my VaxCert as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey. Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated your request's reference number with Agent 201 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above.
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
