- Attached herewith is the available information in the region seen in Annex C numbers one to nine. For the population of people diagnosed with breast Cancer and the population of breast Cancer patients in NCR, we respectfully recommend to direct your request to the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc. (PCSI).
