While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not collect the requested data. All data being collected by the DOH Epidemiology Bureau are in the FHSIS Annual Reports and Philippine Health Statistics  at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
