Reports of HIV cases in the Central Visayas region from January 2010 to the present recorded in your facility. We request this data in a de-identified format, ensuring that all relevant variables that could identify patients (i.e., Name and Address) are excluded. Moreover, we would like to further request the demographic profile of your patient, to wit:
i. Age
ii. Sex or Gender
iii. Classification of Residence (Urban or Rural)
iv. Highest Educational Attainment
v. Civil Status
vi. Mode of Transmission
