Hi! I am writing to kindly request access to specific data points that are crucial for our capstone project. We are currently working on a research project as part of our academic program and require the following information:

Data on reported cases in the cities and municipalities of Regions 3, 4-A, and the National Capital Region (NCR) for the following health indicators:

1) HIV Cases
2) Heart Attack (Mortalities and Morbidities)
3) Diabetes
