Hello! Good day! I would like to request financial assistance for a dialysis patient named Augusto C. Estuaria Jr. He was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5. He is having dialysis twice per week which is costing us 2k+ per session plus the hemoglobin injection. He has also maintenance medication worth 30k a month.

We are asking for your help as we can't keep up with my brother's medication. Thank you so much and I am hoping for your positive response.
