Good day! I am Jenesis Calamlam, a 4th year college student at the University of Makati, I am writing to formally request your assistance in scheduling an interview for our Documentary Film capstone project, which focuses on HIV and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP).

We would like to conduct an interview a DOH Epidemiology Bureau Rep. regarding HIV and PrEP and the Department of Health's role in the fight against the Philippines HIV Epidemic.

The interview will be an audio-video recording and will serve to educate and raise
awareness about HIV and PrEP.
