Your FOI request is approved. 

The planning and design guidelines, as well as licensing requirements including space and human resource requirements for hospitals and other health care facilities are stipulated in Administrative Order No. 2016-0042 Guidelines in the Application of DOH Permit to Construct and its Annexes.
