Hi! I would like to request for a database of madicine purchases that government health agencies (i.e. hospitals, barangay health centers, other LGU) have made in 2017.

Column 1: Name of Health Agency
Column 2: Purchase Order Date
Column 3: Purchase Order Number
Column 4: Drug Name ([Generic Name] [Dosage] [Form])
Column 5: Acquisition price per piece of medicine
Column 6: Number of units purchased
Column 7: Total expense for that purchase
Column 8: Brand of medicine purchased
Column 9: Supplier Name
Column 10: Type of Supplier (Local/ International)
Column 11: Manufacturer Name

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the requested database of medicine purchased by hospitals, Barangay Health Stations and other LGUs.   Nevertheless, we suggest you to visit the Philippine Government Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Website at www.philgeps.gov.ph wherein all government procurements were posted in the said website or you may access the Procurement Monitoring Report (PMR) through Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) website at www.gppb.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
