While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office is only able to provide  you data on the advisories of medical device regulation. You may view this in the FDA website at https://ww2.fda.gov.ph/index.php/advisories-2/medical-devices-advisories-pertaining-to-all-regulated-medical-devices

Your right to request a review
