Hi! I would like to ask for the ff query:

1) I am a healthcare worker  and part of my job is to cater and assist covid positive patient during ambulance transport. I've just recently recovered from mild covid. My question is can I still apply for the DOH covid-19 compensation claims?

2) if yes, where can I process my claim?

2. Job description (what is your Department/Section/Unit?)
3. Work duration (what is the start date and term date of your employment?)
