I am filling out this form to request for some statistical data. The data requested will be used for our research in our subject, Count Data Analysis.
The objective of our research is to compare the best fitted regression model for our chosen count data. Rest assured that the data will be used solely for research purposes.
Specifically, I would like to request for:
a. Hospital Length of Stay (LOS);
b. Age;
c. Sex;
d. Hospital admission type;
e. Health insurance type;
of patients diagnosed with asthma.
