January 22, 2024 Dear Jennifer Lingad, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 20, 2024, 02:23:13 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for the Batch Number of Sinovac. Response to your request Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet to the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center. If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. In the meantime, we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options. For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer Service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph so you can provide us the reference number from the VaxCert website or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435.
