I would like to request for the 2019-2022 Annual Hospital Statistical Reports of all health facilities in Iloilo City and Municipality of Leyte for our group's research.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
Please be advised that there are no hospitals in the Municipality of Leyte. We have hospitals on the Province of Leyte instead, however, there are 50 hospitals
Kindly advise which hospital statistical report that you need? You may refer to the list of DOH accredited hospitals on this link below
