Good afternoon! I've tried to register my vaccine card, to get my vaccination certificate, but it says no record found, and I already emailed my details to request it.

1. reference number: 2039687

I also tried calling the number 88-7614-88 and it says that the number is not in yet service.

Please help me to get a vaccination certificate as it is a requirement for my travel abroad and i really need it hopefully very soon since my documents still pending right now in our main office. I hope you will notice this request very soon. Thank you.
