Good day! I would like to obtain raw data on the following (these are the preliminary data for the study):

1. Gender
2. Age
3. Place of residence
4. Type of patient room
5. Route of admission
6. Number of accompanying treatments
7. Re-admission certainty
8. Total hospital bill
9. Length of stay
10. Time of discharge

from the top three departments of San Lazaro Hospital that has the most number of in-patients, based on our proposed research study on predicting the customer churn behavior via Recency, Frequency, Monetary, and Length (RFML) model.
