I am a 4th-year architecture student at Mapua University, currently working on my thesis. I am seeking information regarding potential proponents, both private and government, for a Children's Hospital in Tarlac.

I would appreciate any information or guidance you can provide regarding possible proponents for the Children's Hospital project in Tarlac.
