Your request

You asked for FHSIS 2021 & partial 2022 data on select regions (disaggregated into provinces & city/municipality).

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.

The FHSIS reports here in the Central Office only capture data in the regional, provincial, and highly urbanized cities. Data for municipality is not available in our published FHSIS reports. We suggest that you contact the Center/s for Health Development through their email addresses found at the DOH website: https://www.doh.gov.ph/regional-office-directory for the municipality data. However, the 2021 FHSIS Report is already published in the DOH website https://www.doh.gov.ph/regional-office-directory and the official release of the 2022 FHSIS Report is on or before April 28, 2023.

For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help.
