But right now it is not available in the DOH website.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the Health Facility Development Bureau and PERFORMANCE MONITORING and STRATEGY MANAGEMENT DIVISION (PMSMD) to which we have endorsed and consulted your request does not have the available information.
