Hi!, I would like to know about the ff:

1. List and numbers of causes of mortality in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. (2018-2022)
2. List and numbers of cases of morbidity in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. (2018-2022)
3. Patients from other municipalities that goes to San Jose District Hospital. 
4. Number of inpatient and outpatient in San Jose, District Hospital. annually and monthly (2018-2022)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that for data request #1 and #2 we don't have morbidity and mortality data of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro since the data we received from Occi is only the Top 10 leading per province only.
