Greetings,

We are the Standards and Interoperability Laboratory of the University of the Philippines Manila. We are currently engaged with Philhealth in developing the nation's capacity to use the international health data standard HL7 FHIR.

To further improve our technical services to the government we'd like to request for the source code (if allowed) and operations manual of iHOMIS and iClinicsys. Our purpose is to map the software resources to FHIR standard.

Warm regards,

Miguel Aljibe, LME, MD
