Hi 

May this serve as follow-up to my request for the issuance of Vaccination Certificate so I can apply for the issuance of Chinese Visa with the plan of travelling on 22 November 2023.

VaxCert Request was made for more than a week but found missing information with VaxCert Request ID No. 2031919.

I even sent an email to vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph three (3) times five (5) days after filing a request but there was no response until this time (19 October 2023).

Request was also filed to FOI: #DOH-2724112530631 dated 18 October 2023.

Response was to call the NPNRC but nobody is responding.
