I would like to request if you have guidelines, policies, standards, law on:

1. Establishing Nursing  Homes in the Philippines
2. Establishing  An Assisted Living Facility in the Philippines
3. Providing Home Care Nursing Service
4. Providing Respite Care

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at http://dswd.gov.ph for the guidelines and data on nursing home or assisted living in the Philippines.
