Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Number of individuals in Region IV-A and its respective provinces who have been diagnosed with severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder, from 2017-2023.

2. Number of patients admitted to both the National Center for Mental Health and Mariveles Mental Wellness with these three mental illnesses, categorized by their region and age. What are the services and treatments available to assist these patients? What is the rate of treatment resistance among these patients?

Thank you!

In addition to item 2, may I kindly request a comprehensive breakdown of patients, including their diagnoses, and SPMI patients, who were admitted to the National Center for Mental Health and Mariveles Mental Wellness from Region IV-A? If possible, this breakdown should categorize them by their respective provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) and include demographics for the years 2017 through 2023.

Thank you very much!
