Greetings!

I would like to expedite the cancellation of my vaxcert request update. I have two reference number: 2007179, 2007180 and I made my request on July 22,2023.

I sent an email to vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph after 5 days as advised but to no avail. 
Please help me as I badly needed for my study abroad before August 5, 2023.

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated with Agent 206 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
