Hi! I would like to request the information regarding;

1. Detailed layout plan and floor plan for the existing building of the House of Hope Foundation, Incorporation at Region 10

2. Detailed layout plan and floor plan of any existing Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines.

3. Three or more Layouts or floor plans of the existing  Mental Rehabilitation Center in Mindanao.

4. Master Site Development Plan of the House of Hope Foundation Region 10

5. Master Site Development Plan of any existing Psychiatric or Mental Rehabilitation center

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the Detailed layout plan and floor plan for the existing building of the House of Hope Foundation, Inc and other mental institutions and that we ask that you directly coordinate with these psychiatric care facilities for this information.

You may refer to the list of Psychiatric Care Facilities at the National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList
