I am researching on 2022 and/or 2021 operating statistics of the following private hospitals in the province of Batangas:
1. Balayan Bayview Hospital and Medical Center
2.Sto. Rosario Hospital
3. Christ the Savior General Hospital Inc
4.Ospital ng Calaca
5.H.M. Corachea General Hospital
6. San Juan Doctors Hospital

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 01, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for 2022 Annual Statistical Report.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the data for the 2022 Annual Statistical Report for the  Provincial District Hospitals. We request that you directly coordinate with these hospitals for the data request as this is subject for their approval. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

I did NOT request for annual statistical reports for the Provincial District Hospitals. My request is for private hospitals named in my email.
