Thank you for your request dated Jul 15, 2021 12:50:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Human Resource for Health-Dentist Deployment Program. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. As advised by our DOH NCR Office, you are advised to get list from LGU's (17 cities) base on the Business/Mayor's Permit they have issued for 2021. As of present, Dental Clinics are not being licensed by the DOH. We only have a list for licensed Dental laboratory.
