Hi! I been requesting an update on my VaxCert at VaxcertPH website and it has been a year now and it is still not updated. Can you help us? we have an upcoming international travel next month that requires the vaccination certificate.

Your Request

You asked for VACCINE CERTIFICATE (VAXCERT PH).

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.

For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph so you can provide us the reference number from the VaxCert website or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. You may also review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://foi.gov.ph/help.
