Good day!

I am a 5th-year architecture student,  and I would like to request for a copy of any demographics that are related to NCDs ( Noncommunicable Diseases in the CALABARZON area more specifically ni Cavite. I would be using the said information into my thesis which is related in NCD prevention. The documents will be essential and I would highly appreciate your help regarding this matter. I would like to have the data regarding heart diseases, lung/ respiratory diseases and obesity rate in the Bacoor area, if it could also be narrowed down into which barangay in the area the disease have a high prevalence, I would also like to have that data. Thank you for your assistance!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We can only provide you Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) 2018 annual reports for the morbidity, mortality data and other health statistics in CALABARZON region posted at this website: http://ro4a.doh.gov.ph/health-statistics/2012-programs-fhsis/fhsis-annual-report/annual-report-2018

For municipality or city specific data, we suggest you coordinate with the Cavite Provincial Health Office for this request.
