I am Michael Gammad from the College of Allied Health Sciences from Cagayan State University Andrews Campus currently conducting an entitled “Factors Affecting Blood Donation among Residents of Selected Barangays of Tuguegarao City during the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic”. 
1. The number of blood donors in Cagayan Valley Medical Center, especially the number of donors in Tuguegarao City. If it is not possible, the number/percentage/census of blood donors overall.
2. The number of blood collected with the partnered organizations of CVMC.
