Your Request

You asked for PCMH Strategic Framework for 2024-2028 in the Philippines.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Thank you for your interest in mental health. This is in response to your eFOI request (#DOH-447140505316) regarding the request for a copy of the new PCMH Strategic Framework 2024-2028. Unfortunately, the framework is under review to validate the indicators. In the meantime, the current strategic plan can still be used. (Please refer to the Mental Health Program at https://doh.gov.ph/national-mental-health-program). Sharing with you also the Investment Case for Mental Health (attached) as reference for possible local implementation of mental health. You may also look into existing Community-based Mental Health (CBMH) programs. (i.e., Quezon City CBMH at https://coe-psp.dap.edu.ph/compendium-innovation/quezon-city-community-based-mental-health-program-cbmhp/) in the meantime while we are developing a standardized version of CBMH.

However, for the purpose of ONLY of the request, we do have a draft but this is NOT the official framework yet as this will have to be reviewed again.
